What types of events do you cater?

Weddings, birthdays, baby showers, engagements, anniversaries, corporate events and other functions — as long as the event type is disclosed at enquiry.

How far will you travel?

We're happy to travel within roughly 2 hours of our home base. Anything further is possible with a travel fee — send your location through with your enquiry.

How much setup time do you need?

For grazing tables, allow us 2 – 3 hours on-site before guests arrive. Cones and boxes need around 1 – 2 hours. Larger displays like dessert or champagne walls can add another hour.

How is pricing worked out?

Pricing is per event and depends on guest count, menu, displays and travel. Every enquiry comes back with a bespoke proposal — no hidden fees.

Do you cater for dietaries?

Absolutely. Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, nut allergies — please note dietaries in your enquiry so we can build the menu around them.

What is your booking process?

Enquire online → we send a proposal → a deposit locks in your date. We finalise the menu and styling in the weeks leading up to the event.

What deposit do you require?

Accepted Answer

A 25% deposit secures your date. The balance is due the week before the event.

Question 8

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable but transferrable to another date within 12 months. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may incur additional fees for produce already sourced.

Can we supply our own drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes — BYO is welcome. We can also style a drink station, welcome pours or a champagne wall around what you bring.
